Further Concentration of the Nohsi's Power

Following repeated calls by Herr Moshe Goltz, Dayan of the Beth Din, to hold a vote of no confidence in Redner Szhmuel Astopov, the Nohsi personally seconded Herr Goltz's formal motion in the Knesset today. Immediately after, Nohsibafel XXIII was issued in which Nohsi Bartolomeo Henzelli declared the retention of the Redner's position to the Office of the Nohsi, and promised to pass all pending and current legislation via Nohsibafel.

Since the passage of the ben Mavet Constitution of 2009, the constitutional authority of the Nohsi to function as Redner has been held in trust by another who, though often referred to as Redner, is also addressed as Speaker pro Tempore. This is the first time the Nohsi will be formally retaining this authority, and it appears that Henzelli is intent on wielding it with strict and terrifying efficiency.

As of publication, no news has come as to when the vote of no confidence will begin. It is rumored, however, that regardless of the outcome, the Nohsi is intent on retaining the powers of Redner one way or the other.
